38,870 sf addition/remodel (added lunchroom, gym/family center, offices, kitchen, fellowship area, restrooms, canopy, remodeled classrooms & sanctuary)
To better serve their growing membership, St. Paul’s needed to both expand and update their existing facilities. One of the biggest challenges involved was the very limited fellowship space directly off the existing sanctuary. With some out of the box thinking, the solution involved converting the existing undersized gym into a spacious fellowship hall which in turn had direct access to their off-street parking. The project also included a new commercial kitchen that could serve school lunches from one side and the new gym and multipurpose space from the other. An educational wing addition and Sanctuary updates were also included in the project scope.
